Ajos Palacios, farmers, marketers and exporters of agricultural products mainly garlic and onion. A family business located in Montalbán de Córdoba, Spain, backed by 35 years of experience.
In 1985 the brothers, Juan and Alfonso Palacios, decided to channel and professionalize their way of life, which was production of garlic and onion. 35 years later, family roots remain, but Ajos Palacios has become a leading company in the production and export of garlic and onions.
The key to our success lies, on the one hand, in an elaborate production process protected by top quality seeds and the best farmland in the Andalusian provinces; on the other, in our processing and packaging warehouses, mainly made up of highly qualified personnel from the region.
80% of our products come from our own harvest, so we do not depend on third parties to meet our quality and service standards. We control the quality from the beginning, from the seed. Our technical team reviews the production from sowing to harvesting, thus guaranteeing a high quality product. We carry out periodic controls of the crops to ensure the correct development and we analyze the appropriate time for harvesting so that the product reaches the consumer at its optimum time.
